What delivery options are available?

We currently use UPS and USPS delivery services. The cost of postage is based on order weight and is calculated during the checkout process. Please note, you must select USPS for PO Box addresses.

Will my order be shipped immediately after ordering?

If your order is placed before 3pm (Monday thru Friday) your order will be sent out the same day; Otherwise, it will be sent out the following working day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal via our website or by phone.

Alternatively, we also accept money orders or direct bank transfers. If you wish to pay by one of these alternative methods please contact us before hand so we can confirm pricing and provide you with our details.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes absolutely! We use the latest SSL encryption technology on our website to ensure your details remain safe & confidential. Our card processing partner is Authorize.net who are one of the most recognized and trusted payment processors that exist today. What's more, your credit/debit card details are encrypted and not stored when checking out so nobody sees your card details. Because of this it is now often safer to shop online rarther than via phone!

Yes of course, please call us toll free at 1-800-223-3036, we are open for telephone orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding major holidays).

Are my personal details safe?

Yes, we do not save or record your payment card details. We do not share your contact information with any other companies. Please review our privacy policy for further details.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, all customers can order via our web site. If you are from outside the EU please contact us with details of what you would like to order and we will send you a customised quote.

Can I track my order?

Yes, your unique tracking reference number will be sent to you via email after your order is processed. You can track your order by logging into your account, reviewing your order details, and selecting the tracking number link for real-time updates.

I live in the U.S., how is my order shipped and how long will it take?

Deliveries usually take between 3-7 working days depending on destination and delivery service used. •USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days (Monday thru Saturday) anywhere in the U.S. •UPS Ground is typically 3-5 business days. UPS also offers 2nd Day and Next Day services.

I live outside the U.S., how is my order shipped and how long will it take?

For delivers outside of the U.S. please contact us directly and we will calculate a delivery cost based on what you would like to order. Information on expected delivery times will be also given. For Canadian customers, we normally ship via USPS and delivery is typically 5-10 business days.

Are there any local stores where I can purchase?

Unfortunately, unless you live in the San Francisco, CA region, you will need to either call in your order or purchase online.
