We typically ship all orders the same day (Monday thru Friday) if the order is placed before 3pm PST. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Typical Shipping Options

  • The following tables represent typcical shipping delivery times and costs. Actuals may vary based on destination and weight.
  • Please note that we offer several expedite options and that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The following table is based on orders of one or two bottles (less than one pound).

Returns Policy



You may return the following products within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit:

  • Hem-Relief
  • Gout-Relief
  • Complete Colon Care

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect product.).

To return product:

Phone us at 1-800-223-3036 or Login to your account and use the following instructions:

  1. Login to your account,
  2. View the order using the "View Order Status" or "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu.
  3. Select the order you wish to return by pushing the "View Order Details" button next to the appropriate order number.
  4. Click the Return Item(s) button.
  5. Input the required information and submit your request.
  6. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your return authorization (RA) number.

We request that you send the product back with the return authorization (RA) number listed on the address label as shown below.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
