Returns Policy

The following products are currenlty eligible for a refund or store credit if received within 90 days of delivery:

  • Hem-Relief
  • Gout-Relief
  • Complete Colon Care

  We can provide you with specific, individual advice and recommendations that may be the difference needed to achieve the desired results. If we are unable to provide you with the support you need, then we ask that you review the following guidelines in order to help expidite the return process.

 

To qualify for a refund or replacement you must fulfill the following requirements

  1. You must request a return authorization and the product must be received within our facility within 90 days of placing your order.

  2. Please read the instructions listed below in order to obtain an RMA number.

  3. Send us all remains or unused portions of your product(s) including any unopened bottles that you may have purchased.

    NOTE: We will only refund a maximum of two opened bottles. All unopened bottles will be refunded.

  4. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  5. Return Authorizations will not be issued for the same product on more than one order on the same or related customer accounts
  6. Packages must be received with an RMA number or will not be eligible for a refund.

 

To return product:

Phone us at 1-800-223-3036 or Login to your account and use the following instructions:

  1. Login to your account,
  2. View the order using the "View Order Status" or "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu.
  3. Select the order you wish to return by pushing the "View Order Details" button next to the appropriate order number.
  4. Click the Return Item(s) button.
  5. Input the required information and submit your request.
  6. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your return authorization (RA) number.

We request that you send the product back with the return authorization (RA) number listed on the address label as shown below.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
