I use as a maintanance, (cleansing for about a year)I use it every other week taking 4-6 capsules b4 bed DAILY FOR A WEEK than take a week off, if ya read directions you can take it daily i just again do it my way. I will be a contstant user of this product it works GREAT FOR ME.(i also have & reccomend hem 911 worked great for me & will be trying other of western nutritions products soon..
