When will my order ship?

We typically ship all orders the same day (Monday thru Friday) if the order is placed before 3pm PST. All orders are shipped from our main facility in Fremont, CA 

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Will you notify me when my order ships?

You will receive an email confirming your order, and then another email notfying you when your order has been shipped.

How can I determine the exact shipping cost?

The easiest way to find out the shipping cost for your order, prior to checkout, is to select the
"Estimated Shipping & Tax" button located below the order subtotal in your cart.

What shipping options are available?

We use UPS and USPS (used for most shipments)

The following tables represent typcical shipping delivery times and costs. Actuals may vary based on destination and weight.

Please note that we offer several expedite options and that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. The following table is based on orders of one or two bottles (less than one pound).
