What is the return policy? 

You may return any item purchased from Western Herbal and Nutrition for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase (unless otherwise noted). For You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and a merchandise credit for opened items (unless otherwise noted).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Western Herbal and Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

To return product:

Phone us at 1-800-223-3036 or Login to your account and use the following instructions:

1. Login to your account,
2. View the order using the "View Order Status" or "Completed Orders" link under the "My Account" menu.
3. Select the order you wish to return by pushing the "View Order Details" button next to the appropriate order number.
4. Click the Return Item(s) button.
5. Input the required information and submit your request.
6. Upon approval, you will receive an email with your return authorization (RA) number.

We request that you send the product back with the return authorization (RA) number listed on the address label as shown below.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
